Tinies is fortunate to have a number of experts in both the head office team and around the 25 UK branches. All policies and procedures are written centrally to guarantee our standards and service.

Our central team includes:

Lindsey Doe

• Over 14 year's operational experience
• Set up the first child friendly health club in the UK
• Involved in designing and opening over 35 UK and European creches & kids clubs
• Wrote operation manuals and consulted on both Ofsted & activity programming for a number of top Health & Fitness Companies
• Wrote and delivered a number of child based activity programmes for the UK's leading training provider

Liz Chevis

• Over 25 year's operational experience
• Managed own Pre-schools for 5 years
• Oversaw 12 Nurseries for a large nursery chain, managing 500 staff
• Opened over 30 nurseries and creches

Lynnsey Fitzgerald

• Over 12 year's operational experience
• Operated creches ad activity programmes for two major Health and Fitness operators
• Managed holiday clubs for 31 Government Departments for 160 children a day
• Was master trainer at a major company and runs all Tinies in house training, specialising in child protection and activity training
