Our Creche & Events Services
At Tinies Berkshire Nurseries we will tailor our creche service to suit your event and budget and, under the watchful eye of our experienced and trained staff, we will transform any room or area into a fantastic creche, which is fun, stimulating, and safe. We will look after all your childcare concerns, including Ofsted legislation, liability insurance and child safety issues. We are a regular provider of childcare services for many of the leading hotel/conference venues in the area.

Our Consultants
Managing Consultant, Claire Adams: I have worked for Tinies Childcare since January 2000 and have been responsible for launching Tinies Nursery businesses in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire where I am now currently based. I am qualified with a Btec National Diploma in Nursery Nursing and have trained as a Midwife at the University of Hertfordshire. My knowledge and training within the industry, coupled with over 8 years recruitment experience, has proven to be key in understanding what is required from Nursery Management & Parents when recruiting.
Nursery Consultant, Debra Hayes: I have worked for Tinies Childcare Berkshire Nurseries since April 2004, where I have played a very active role in building and providing the busiest Nursery Recruitment Agency within the Tinies Childcare Group.
I am qualified with my NNEB which I gained in 1981. During my career I have attended numerous training courses including, Dealing with Behavioural Issues, Working with Parents and Carers, Senco, Behavioural Management. Previously to working for Tinies Childcare I have worked for over 8 years within Children's Day Nurseries in Berkshire, 4 years being at Management level and have held over 10 years experience working within schools for children with Severe Learning Difficulties and children with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties.
Incorporating all of my career experience to date I believe enables me to recruit the correct quality staff required from Nursery Managers today when recruiting temp and permanent staff.
Kate Carter: I joined Tines Berkshire in June 2008 after 10 years experience in day nurseries. The last 3 ½ years being a Nursery Manager in a private Day Nursery. I have gained experience working in both independent nurseries and large nursery groups. I am qualified with an NNEB Diploma in Early Years Childcare and Education which I completed in 1998.
During my time in childcare I have gained experience and knowledge in recruiting and retaining staff and can appreciate and understand what managers look for and need in quality staff, for the different positions which are vacant. This enables me to recruit the best temp and perm nursery staff possible.
