All Tinies candidates are personally interviewed by Tinies consultants, have relevant childcare qualifications and have been vetted by the Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) and hold First Aid certificates. Tinies personally check references on the candidates from previous employers and provide training courses for candidates who need to renew or update their qualifications.
Tinies adhere to the strictest code of conduct and are members of REC.

Nannies that care for your child's needs on either a full-time basis or a part-time basis, covering every aspect of childcare, this can be either permanent or temporary which ever suits your requirements.
Mother's Helps to work alongside a Mother or assist after the birth of a baby or assisting with siblings at this exciting but hectic time.
Babysitters: Private or Corporate babysitting. We are able to supply qualified staff for any of your babysitting needs.
Emergency Service: A registered service for parents who need childcare cover in an emergency, when their childcare arrangements fail. We have a successful established service throughout Berkshire. All of our Nannies meet our stringent standards for emergency care.

Our Consultants
Managing Consultant, Jane Sims: After 3 years studying at The Henley College, I gained my Btec National Diploma in Nursery Nursing and went on to Nanny for various families in Berkshire and Oxfordshire spanning over 12 years in total.
In July 2006, I joined Tinies and took over the Nanny desk covering all of Berkshire for Nannies, Babysitters, Emergency Nannies on a temporary, permanent, full or part-time basis. With over 12 years Nanny experience in childcare as a Nanny myself, I have the knowledge, expertise and understanding of both the families and the Nannies requirements and expectations.
Using this experience, our aim is to provide excellent Nannies that are the perfect match for the individual families needs. Tinies are the market leaders in Childcare and believe in delivering a proactive, honest and efficient service. We pride ourselves on the personal service and dedication that we offer and guide Parents through all stages of the recruitment process, until we have found the right childcare solution for you.
Nanny Consultant, Carly Nicholson: I'm the consultant for temporary and part-time nanny positions. I joined the Berkshire Nannies team in May 2008. I have a background in both childcare and mental healthcare. I hold a Diploma in Pre-School practise. I worked in a Nursery setting for 2 years as a Senior Nursery Nurse. I have also have worked in the customer service industry, with my experience my aim is to deliver a first class service to our clients and candidates in meeting their expectations. I am also a qualified lifeguard and swimming teacher, teaching all ages from 2 years - 60 years!
