We insist that our childcarers are either qualified or have a minimum of 2 years childcare work experience. We will provide Parents with interview questions, Tax and National Insurance information and an employment contract.

Our Consultants
Managing Consultant, Lucy Davis: Has over 15 years recruitment experience within the IT, Finance, Sales and Childcare Sectors for companies such as Michael Page International, Robert Walters and Price Waterhouse Coopers. Between 2000 and 2004 Lucy successfully managed the Tinies Central London recruitment desk before relocating with her husband to New York. While in New York Lucy had some first hand experience of Nannying. On returning to the UK, Lucy jumped at the chance to run her own Tinies branch, and set up Tinies Brighton in August 2007 utilising both her skills as a recruiter and as a childcarer.
