For Parents: Tinies Childcare Herts & Bucks is focussed on providing a professional service guaranteed to meet individual needs. We will guide you through the whole process of hiring a nanny or finding your perfect childcare solution.
We provide excellent background checks to help you in hiring a nanny or other childcare. All our child carers have been interviewed by a Tinies consultant, had their qualifications and employment checked, verbal references taken up, first aid check and importantly asked to complete an enhanced CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) check. Tinies are members of REC and adhere to strictest code of conduct.
Emergency Childcare: We have successfully established an Emergency Childcare Service for parents throughout Buckinghamshire. This allows registered parents (when normal childcare arrangements break down) to book one of our dedicated Nannies to come to their home between 7am and 10pm Monday to Friday at an agreed hourly rate.
For Nurseries: Like most nurseries, we imagine that you sometimes struggle to find staff, in particular to cover staff sickness and holidays. Our aim is to resolve these problems for you, by utilising our large bank of local (Bucks) qualified and unqualified nursery workers for temporary cover, and to recruit the best carers for your permanent positions from Nursery Assistants to Regional Managers. We also aim to provide these solutions at competitive rates.
Creche & Event Services: At Tinies Bucks we will tailor our creche service to suit your event and budget and, under the watchful eye of our experienced and trained staff, we will transform any room or area into a fantastic creche, which is fun, stimulating, and safe. We will look after all your childcare concerns, including Ofsted legislation, liability insurance and child safety issues. We are a regular provider of childcare services for many of the leading hotel/conference venues in the area.

Our Consultants
Managing Consultant, Claire Adams: I have worked for Tinies Childcare since January 2000 and have been responsible for launching Tinies Nursery businesses in Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and Hertfordshire where I am now currently based. I am qualified with a Btec National Diploma in Nursery Nursing and have trained as a Midwife at the University of Hertfordshire. My knowledge and training within the industry, coupled with over 8 years recruitment experience, has proven to be key in understanding what is required from Nursery Management & Parents when recruiting.
Nanny Consultant, Louise Trew-Smith: I joined Tinies Buckinghamshire branch in March 2008 after working in childcare for nearly 3 years as both a Nanny and a Senior Nursery Nurse. I am qualified with a DCE Diploma in Childcare & Education and have the knowledge to successfully understand the needs and requirements of suitably finding high quality child carers for prospective parents.
