Nurseries: Like any other business we appreciate that nurseries occasionally experience a lack of staff. We realise that it is imperative that you have reliable staff and would be delighted to assist you with your temporary or permanent recruitment needs. We have a large number of competent, professional childcarers who are stringently checked and interviewed. We also do not charge VAT on our temporary supply so you automatically make a saving!
Creche/Special Occasions/Babysitting: Tinies Three Counties are delighted to offer a professional creche, special occasions and babysitting service. We can provide a fully tailored creche or special occasion's package to suit your event and budget. We have an extensive range of toys, games and activities to suit all age groups and are passionate that the children in our care have a fabulous time all under the watchful eye of Jodie! We also offer a babysitting service, if you require a regular or occasional babysitter please contact the branch.

We cover Worcestershire, Gloucestershire and Herefordshire from as far north as Bromsgrove, Alvechurch and Barnt Green right down to Tetbury and Charfield in Gloucestershire, from Bourton-on the-Water and Stow on the Wold in the Cotswolds up to Stratford-upon-Avon. Our services then spread through Worcestershire and Herefordshire, across to the Welsh mountains including Ross-on-Wye, Hay-on-Wye, Leominster, Church Stretton and Bridgenorth. Our Consultants
Managing Consultant, Amanda Linington: I initially worked in industry at senior management level. Following the birth of my three boys I returned to University to complete a teaching degree in Technology, and spent some years working in secondary schools. During this time I became increasingly frustrated at the lack of childcare options available for working families. I decided to rectify this for other working families and set up Tinies Three Counties, two years later I acquired Tinies Oxfordshire.
Nursery Desk Consultant, Jodie Evans: She graduated from college with an NNEB and started her career as a nanny for a Nursery owner. She went on to help out at the nursery and over the years worked her way up to Nursery manager. When the business expanded Jodie set up the new nursery and grew it into a successful enterprise. Jodie's aim at Tinies is to provide excellent customer service, enabling the right candidates find their 'perfect' jobs, since she knows all too well that employing good nursery staff enhances the children's lives.
Nanny Desk Consultant, Jenny Rogers: Jenny graduated from college with Sports Degree in the summer of 2008 and has just begun her career working for Tinies Three Counties and Oxfordshire. Jenny is proud to work for Tinies Childcare and aims to provide excellent customer service, as she knows how frustrating it is when someone says they are going to call back and they don't. She is totally committed to the quality of service she offers to her clients and only uses Nannies she knows are able to fulfil her clients' requirements as we are dealing with parents most precious commodities. Additionally she is determined to find candidates their 'perfect' jobs since she knows all too well that this leads to all-round contentment.
Administration Assistant, Charlotte Quinton: Charlotte has joined us having just completed her A-levels. She is responsible for all the office administration and manning the switchboard. Her main aim is to underpin the nursery and nanny desk so that our consultants can focus on the recruitment side of the business. Ultimately she aspires to become a consultant herself.
