At Tinies Northamptonshire & Leicestershire we aim to provide a professional, personal and pro active service to all parents, nurseries and childcarers. We interview all our childcarers personally and ensure that all references are verified verbally, this is in addition to undertaking important police checks with the Criminal Records Bureau.

Parents / Special Events / Hotels
Services provided by us are: Introducing Permanent & Temporary Nannies, Mother's Helps, Babysitting, Emergency Childcare and Mobile Creches. All Childcarers through Tinies are thoroughly interviewed personally in person (not via telephone) by our Experienced Childcarer Consultant. A minimum of two verbal references are obtained from previous childcare positions or tutors / placements and CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Checks are carried out to the highest level of 'Full Disclosure'. Mobile Creche events are personally managed and arranged by our Nursery / Creche experienced Consultant, Sarah Graham Fielding.

Private Nursery / Nursery School / Pre-School / School / Creches / Out of School Clubs
Services provided by us are Permanent, Temporary & Emergency Nursery Managers, Assistant / Deputy Managers, Senior Nursery Nurse, Nursery Nurse, Assistant Nursery Nurse, Trainee Nursery Nurse, Teaching Assistants. All Childcarers through Tinies are thoroughly interviewed personally, in person (not via telephone) by our Experienced Childcarer Consultant. A minimum of two verbal references are obtained from previous childcare positions or tutors / placements and CRB (Criminal Records Bureau) Checks are carried out to the highest level of 'Full Disclosure'.

Our Consultants

Managing Consultant, Leanne Bridle: She qualified as a Nursery Nurse (NNEB) in 1992, and since then has worked with children in both Nurseries and private families. In the Nursery sector Leanne worked her way from Nursery Nurse into Nursery Management, the latter involving the general day to day running of a Nursery. In the Private sector she worked with various families, caring for the children in a Sole charge capacity.

Now a mother of two rather gorgeous children herself, Leanne has a good prospective of all sides of childcare. With her own high standards from a mother's view point coupled with a thorough understanding of good childcare as a professional, she is perfectly placed to provide a Professional, but reassuringly personal service to Parents, Nurseries and Childcarers alike.

Leanne is clear on her recruitment process and is keen to uphold her claim that she will not represent any childcarer that she herself would not employ as either a Childcarer for her own children, or within a Nursery that she has managed.
