We are a recruitment agency who specialise in recruiting qualified childcare practitioners for permanent and temporary positions within nurseries and within the family home as a nanny. All of our candidates have been interviewed face to face, are all fully referenced and hold an Enhanced CRB disclosure and a valid first aid certificate.

As the largest childcare agency in the UK, we have a wide selection of jobs both in your area, all across the UK and abroad, which when you register with Tinies you will have access to them all.
Parents: We will help you make finding the right nanny for your family as smooth and as painless as possible. We will endeavour to meet your individual needs as a family, and are always there as support and advice both before and after a placement has been made.
Nurseries: We can provide you with temporary staff to help resolve problems relating to staff sickness and holidays. We are also able to help with all of your permanent recruitment needs and are more than happy to provide competitive rates to our clients. We pride ourselves on establishing and maintaining excellent relationships with all of our clients.
Crèches: We offer a professional crèche service, and we can provide a fully tailored crèche to suit your event and budget. We have an extensive range of toys, games and activities to suit all age groups and are passionate that the children in our care have a fabulous time! Whether it is for a corporate event, a training course, a wedding or a special occasion, we will provide you with our best qualified and experienced childcarers who will ensure that the children remain safe and stimulated at all times.
Emergency Childcare: Should your present childcare fail then we can help with an emergency nanny or an emergency placement at a nursery. All of our nannies will have to meet certain criteria prior to being placed as an Emergency Nanny. We work alongside the website www.emergencychildcare.co.uk – which you can use to book emergency nannies.
Training: Tinies Childcare Training is an accredited centre and manages the training provision for all Tinies Branches in addition to childcare clients. The training offered covers all key childcare subjects and as an accredited centre, we are able to offer a full range of NVQ qualifications including Level II, III and IV in Children's Care, Learning and Development and the Introduction to Childcare Practice which is essential for nannies who wish to register on the Ofsted Scheme so that employing parents can benefit from working tax credits.

Our Consultants
Managing Consultant, Tracey Storey: Having worked in childcare for the last 8 years, developing a high quality brand of purpose built nurseries, I decided to put my experience and knowledge to use by opening Tinies Notts, Derbys and Sheffield. As a mother and experienced childcare practitioner, I know how critical it is for parents to select the right child care solution for their family. My background as a director in HR, training, recruitment and health and safety will assist me in working with parents, nurseries and child carers to ensure everyone's needs are met to the highest standard. Tinies service to parents is one that is efficient and professional whilst understanding thoroughly their requirements.
Recruitment Consultant, Sonia Bailey: Has worked within HR and recruitment for over 10 years and has brought a wealth of experience to Tinies. Having been a Recruitment Manager for a national nursery chain, she has excellent knowledge of how the childcare sector works and how important it is to find quality qualified childcarers for parents and for nurseries. Sonia helped to set up Tinies for Notts & Derby with Tracey in February 2006, and she is responsible for the whole recruitment process for both nannies and nurseries, and prides herself on providing clients with the best service possible.
Training Administrator, Laura Bayliss: She joined Tinies in January 2008 and is fully responsible for all of administration regarding client and delegate courses. Laura brings with her an excellent knowledge of administration and customer service as well as experience of working within the operations department of a national nursery chain. In her role, Laura deals with the general public as well as with the Tinies franchises, and is responsible for ensuring that all of our courses run smoothly.
