We specialise in recruiting qualified childcare practitioners for permanent and temporary positions within nurseries and within the family home as a nanny. All of our candidates have been interviewed face to face, are all fully referenced and hold an Enhanced CRB disclosure and a valid first aid certificate. We pride ourselves on providing the very best service to our customers, and strongly believe that we have the best childcare professionals registered with us.

Nannies: We provide highly qualified and fully vetted nannies who are CRB checked. We provide nannies for full and part time positions and temporary bookings.

Mother's Helps: We provide mothers helps who can assist Mum with new babies or take care of siblings to allow Mum to care for the new addition to the family. The Mother's Help are there to do exactly that - 'help', and also learn from Mum in order to gain experience for ultimately a career as a nanny.

Babysitting: We provide a babysitting service. Our nannies are available to babysit for clients.on an ad hoc or regular basis. All our babysitters meet the same criteria and checks as our nannies.

Creches & Events: We provide childcare solutions for all your special events, from Wedding creches to providing nannies to care for children at other events, to keep them entertained.

Nursery Staff: We provide all levels of nursery staff from nursery assistants to Managers on a permanent and temporary basis. We have a dedicated nursery line that is open from 7am till 7pm, this is ideal for nurseries if they find themselves short staffed of a morning and requiring staff asap!

Emergency Childcare service: We have a dedicated Emergency childcare phone line that operates from 7am till 7pm Monday to Friday. We aim to takes the stress out of the situation when you find your childcare arrangements break down and you need to be in the office for that important meeting or work commitment, just call the line and we will be happy to provide a nanny to care for your children. Managing Consultant, Rachel Soar: I previously worked in the City in the Financial Markets Sector in a customer facing role and therefore have experience in ensuring clients receive the very best level of service and care. I also have first hand experience of managing a career and childcare as I have 2 lovely children and therefore know how important it is to ensure you have a reliable and flexible childcare solution in place.

I joined Tinies as I believed I could provide valuable practical advice to parents from first hand experience. When I began my search for the perfect childcare solution, I spent a vast amount of time looking at all the options so I know how daunting it can be and how worrying it is to be sure you have found the perfect care for your child. I guess I investigated all avenues and came across Tinies. Excuse the pun but "I loved the company so much I bought it!" Moving into the childcare sector was the perfect position for me as I felt I could certainly help and advise plus utilise my existing skill set and interpersonal skills to deliver a top class service. I could also impart my knowledge and experience of requiring childcare for the two most precious things in my life.

Della Foster works on a part time basis, alongside her career as a pre school practitioner. She is fully qualified and has a CACHE Diploma and a long career in childcare behind her that has given her a wealth of experience and knowledge. In addition to this, Della is a Mum of 2 and therefore is very knowledgeable both on the practical and theory side of childcare. Della is a prized asset to the team.
