Parents' Services: Tinies West Surrey & Hampshire is focused on providing a professional service guaranteed to meet your individual needs. We will guide you through the whole process of hiring a nanny or finding your perfect childcare solution whether on a temporary or permanent basis.
Emergency Childcare: We have a number of childcarers available at short notice which allows registered parents (when normal childcare arrangements break down) to book a dedicated Nanny to come to their home and care for their children. You can also book emergency nannies with us through www.emergencychildcare.co.uk.
Nursery Worker Services: We provide qualified and unqualified temporary staff to cover staff sickness, holidays and busy periods to nurseries throughout Dorset and Hampshire at some very competitive rates. In addition, when you have a vacancy to fill we can help you to recruit the best person whether a Nursery Assistant or Nursery Manager.
Creches & Events: Tinies West Surrey & Hampshire will tailor our creche service to suit your event and budget and, under the watchful eye of our experienced and trained staff, we will transform any room or area into a fantastic creche, which is fun, stimulating, and safe. We will look after all your childcare concerns, including Ofsted legislation, liability insurance and child safety issues. We are a regular provider of childcare services for many of the leading hotel/conference venues throughout the area.
Candidates: As a candidate registered with Tinies we will be dedicated and committed to providing a pro active, efficient and honest service, helping to find you your ideal job in childcare. You can also enjoy the flexibility of agency style work in creches, day nurseries, sports centres and other childcare events.
Babysitting: We can also provide Babysitting in hotels and have contracts with some of the best 4 and 5 star hotels throughout Dorset and Hampshire.
Our Consultants
Tinies West Surrey & Hampshire is jointly owned by Emma Balchin, Sharon Gatrell and Sally Woodley.
Managing Consultant, Emma Balchin: Is a qualified child carer and a mother. She spent 2 years running the Tinies creche at the Four Seasons, Hampshire resort and, as the Manager of the creche, was used to dealing with a variety of staff and parenting issues. The creche received an "Outstanding" grade by Ofsted whilst being managed by Emma. Before working for Tinies, Emma worked in some of the areas best nurseries and has 3 years experience as a sole charge nanny to 3 children.
Managing Consultant, Sharon Gatrell: Has many years experience in both Sales and Administration and has been actively involved in the Guide Association for many years running a very successful Brownie Pack of 30 children.
Managing Consultant, Sally Woodley: Is an experienced HR Manager, a Chartered Member of the CIPD and the mother of a young baby. She has had many years experience dealing with recruitment, training and various HR issues.
Given their backgrounds, their close links with the childcare industry and their combined skills and experience, it is very likely that Tinies West Surrey & Hampshire will have had first hand experience of your particular needs and will be able to provide the service and solution you require!
